Fix it before it spreads
Most roofs don't fail all at once. A few shingles lift in a windstorm, the sealant around a chimney cracks, or a vent boot splits, and water starts finding its way into the decking. Caught early, that's a repair. Left alone through a wet winter, it can mean rot, mold and a much bigger bill.
We trace the leak back to where it starts, which is often not right above the stain on your ceiling, and fix the cause: replacing damaged shingles or shakes, resealing or rebuilding flashing around chimneys and walls, swapping out cracked vents and pipe boots, and patching low-slope and flat roofs.
If we get up there and the roof really needs replacing instead, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you why. If a repair will do the job, that's what we'll quote.
